Duties
- Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as tire changes, battery replacements, and fuel deliveries
- Utilize specialized equipment like a 2 ton jack, air compressor, air impact wrench, battery jump pack and lockout tools
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all repair activities and roadside interactions
Experience
- Some mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance or repair
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Experience working with vehicle components like batteries and tires, preffered but will train the right person
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in outdoor environments
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Prior experience in roadside assistance or automotive service is a plus but not required
Must pass a background check and good driving record. Position eligible for monthly bonus.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
