Position Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing setting
- Treat both post-acute and long-term care patients
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment that supports optimal outcomes
