About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Treat both post-acute and long-term care patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life
Schedule

- Department operates 7 days/week
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing (preferred, but not required)
