- 37.5 hours = full-time
- Flexible schedules with optional 4-day work weeks
- Strong compensation with salary or per-billable-hour options, plus weekly and monthly bonuses

- Technology and equipment provided
- Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Passion for working with children (age 5 ) and families
- Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Someone who leads with compassion and connection
