Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) at Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC in Fort Mill, SC and surrounding areas. The role involves implementing behavioral intervention programs, conducting behavior analysis, and applying Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to support patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
