Who We Are

CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.

We are urgently seeking passionate, authentic, and motivated individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions with insured children, youth and/or adults receiving specialty mental health services in the community.

Responsibilties

  • Responsible for ensuring services are provided in the community.
  • Participating in the person-centered planning process.
  • Providing direct community-based behavioral health services and support for the individual and family as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
  • Monitor and track consumer hours and annual intake dates and complete as assigned.
  • Assisting the supervisor in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions as evidenced by symptom reduction and progress toward goals.
  • Responsible for completing the OnTarget tasks assigned within 24 hours.
  • Assisting the supervisor with consulting identified non-medical providers, engaging community and natural supports and including their input in the person-center/ed planning process.
  • Ensure that all information obtained while at Carolina Therapeutic Services is kept confidential and will remain confidential beyond employment.
  • Ensure confidentiality training is updated.

Requirements

 

  • Certified Recovery Support Specialist certification required
  • Rehabilitative Service Associate credential, minimum required;
    • High School diploma
    • Human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. Supervision shall be provided by a qualified professional with the population served.
    • One-year documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and /or adolescents.
  • Mental Health Professional credential or above, preferred
    • High school diploma with 5 years of related experience, or
    • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or
    • a substance abuse professional with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling
  • Certifications completed (if not obtained, can complete all CTS provided raining within 1 week of hire)

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
