Carolina Tan Factory is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable team member who enjoys helping people look and feel their best! Our salon combines tanning, boutique shopping, and wellness services in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive, personalized experience for every customer.
- Help clients choose tanning and wellness services, memberships, and products that fit their goals.
- Assist customers with boutique purchases and promote new arrivals and special offers.
- Build customer relationships and confidently recommend products and services.
- Keep boutique displays tidy, organized, and fresh.
- Clean and sanitize tanning beds and wellness equipment, and maintain a clean, inviting salon.
- Handle check-ins, sales, and daily salon duties accurately.
Qualifications:
- Night and weekend availability required.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Ability to stay active, stand for extended periods, and clean equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about our tanning, boutique, and wellness offerings.
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
