Pay: $16.00–$23.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Various maintenance services
• Pressure washing
• Trash and debris cleanup
• Property inspections
• Minor landscaping
• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Minor asphalt repair
• Installing/removing signage
• Driving company vehicle
• Managing company credit card
• Using mobile apps for time tracking and job updates

Requirements:

• Active driver license and clean driving record
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
