Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist in Raeford NC, Charlotte NC and Laurinburg, NC. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, addressing their diverse emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other professionals, and actively participating in team meetings to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy for individuals and groups
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Knowledge of mental health counseling techniques, interventions, and industry best practices
- Experience in case management and maintaining accurate client records
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and provide culturally competent care
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as an ful or Provisional LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of North Carolina
- Prior experience working with diverse populations and/or specific mental health specialties is a plus
