Job Summary

You will work in a team with sales professionals, permitting specialists, production and installation.
- Manage and develop new relationship with large construction companies, multi housing developers, schools, government agencies, etc.
- Responds and develops proposals and responses to bids and opportunities.
- Maintains and updates company marketing materials to adequately tailor for responses.
- Prices out large projects including signage, permitting, installation and ongoing service.

Required
- Experience creating and and/or responding to bids
- Understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
- Minimum of 3 years in a project management role
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to present and speak in public
- Ability to exercise integrity at the moment of choice
- Ability to think and reason strategically
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the sign industry
- Minimum of three years experience with signage projects
- Comprehensive computer skills including software (Windows, Office, database experience), hardware, programs, and applications
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
- This is a salaried position. Salary will be based on experience.
- Medical coverage will be provided as per company policy.
- Paid Vacation will be provided. One (1) week of vacation will be provided per annum and will increase based on years of service.
- The company offers six (6) paid holidays.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
