What You’ll Do
· Lead and oversee all aspects of our PACE program operations
· Drive strategic growth, financial sustainability, and quality care outcomes
· Manage multidisciplinary teams and key leadership staff
· Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
· Strengthen community partnerships and expand program reach
· Champion a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (Master’s preferred)
· 3 years of executive-level healthcare leadership experience
· Experience working with elderly or frail populations
· Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
