Medication Nurse
Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Medication Nurse serves as the primary resource for pharmacy-related needs of participants and clinic operation. Completes data entry of medication orders, coordinates submission of refill requests, and receives medication deliveries from pharmacy vendor. Administer medication as directed in the Medication Administration policies. Assists with medication adherence monitoring as needed. Communicates with participants, caregivers, and other interdisciplinary team members about medication orders and concerns. When appropriate, provides training to participants and caregivers regarding medication management. Maintains participant medical records with thorough documentation. Participates in on-call nurse rotation as assigned.

- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current unencumbered North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required. Current First Aid Certification required or ability to obtain.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year working with a frail and elderly population
