We're partnering with a highly respected Owner's Representative and project management firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead complex commercial and institutional developments throughout the Charlotte region. • Guide owners through project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinate Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and risk while proactively identifying solutions

  • Review pay applications, change orders, project reporting, and closeout documentation
  • Represent your client's interests with professionalism, sound judgment, and technical expertise

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor, Owner's Representative firm, Developer, or Construction Management firm
  • Strong understanding of commercial project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and consultants
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
