What You’ll Do:
- Lead and contribute to the creation of Construction Documents for diverse project types
- Collaborate on custom single-family homes, multi-family developments, healthcare spaces, commercial offices, restaurants, retail, historic renovations, and municipal facilities
- Work independently on 5–7 projects at a time, managing timelines, communication, and technical precision
- Occasionally contribute to early design and conceptual work, while focusing primarily on documentation and execution
