Carolina Compassionate Counseling is growing, and we’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic mental health team. ✨ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage calendars, organize systems, and support multiple providers
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in improving processes
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, EHR systems (experience with Ensora or similar a plus)
- A passion for accessibility, equity, and supporting a holistic mental health mission
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for clinicians
- Handling confidential client information and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting client intake, documentation, and referrals
- Collaborating on internal systems, workflows, and office operations
- Assisting with billing coordination, client communication, and follow-up
- Creating and updating reports, forms, and materials as needed
- Providing bilingual administrative support to clients and families
