Position Summary
As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for growing Carolina Radon's customer base by building relationships with real estate professionals, home builders, property managers, commercial property owners, homeowners, and community organizations.
This is an independent, field-based sales position with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential. Success comes from creating relationships, educating clients, and helping them understand the importance of radon awareness and mitigation.

Responsibilities
● Develop relationships with Realtors®, builders, contractors, home inspectors, property managers, healthcare professionals, and commercial clients.
● Promote Carolina Radon's testing and mitigation services through networking, referrals, presentations, and community events.
● Educate clients on radon risks, testing methods, mitigation systems, and indoor air quality.
● Generate new residential and commercial business opportunities.
● Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records in the company CRM. ● Represent Carolina Radon professionally at industry events, trade shows, homebuyer seminars, and networking groups.
● Coordinate with office staff and field technicians to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
● Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity expectations.
