Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and couples. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy, including support for PTSD, behavioral health needs, and crisis intervention
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Use EMR systems effectively for clinical record-keeping
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of care
- Demonstrate cultural competence when working with diverse populations
- Stay current on clinical research, best practices, and professional standards
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LCSW-A, LCMHC-A)
- Experience with crisis management and intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
