Must be bilingual with ability to work within the Hispanic Communities in SC and NC.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to different roles within the company.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Engage in cold calling and relationship management to generate leads and build talent pools for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Assist with employment contracts, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation processes to ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Leverage social media management tools and HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting within human resources or related fields with a focus on talent management, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Centrally HR (Powered by CBiz), managing employee data and recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews confidently and build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Ability to travel to recruiting event
- Experience in sales techniques such as cold calling for lead generation is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
