We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in shipping and receiving, as well as forklift operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field and excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional duties may include coordinating daily shift activities, developing and maintaining shipping schedules, and working with managers to plan required work.

Required Qualifications
- Shipping/Receiving experience required including a minimum of 2 years of forklift driving
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead or supervisor role
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
