Security / Fire Alarm Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and goal driven applicants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Alarm Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair various alarm systems including fire alarms, security systems, camera systems, phone systems, access control systems and data management.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of existing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with alarm systems and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively during installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide installation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to alarm systems.
