Summary:
The Nurse is responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned area in terms of individualized client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nurse practices. The Nurse understands the needs of the practice and supports the mission and values

Minimum Qualifications:
· High school or GED graduation required
· Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
· Current North Carolina State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license
· Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
· Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasked
· Active listener that is able to analyze, negotiate, and respond appropriately to the message being communicated
· COVID Vaccination preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Knowledge of medical terminology, information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
· Reading Comprehension-Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
· Critical Thinking-Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
· Skilled in understanding the implications of new information and adjusting personal actions for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making issues and situations. Actively looking for ways to help people
