We do sealing, paving, grading, snow plowing and MORE.

We are currently looking to hire a hardworking individual to join our asphalt crew. We are looking for an individual who will show up to work on time, every day with a great attitude. We strive to have a positive and respectful work environment.
When working at Carolina Paving, we offer learning and training opportunities including leaning how to operate heavy equipment such as a roller, dozer, trackhoe, paver and more! Pay WILL INCREASE depending on experience!
We work Monday through Friday, 7:30-3:30! We never work on Sundays and only work Saturdays during the snow plow season if need be!

Individual must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Commercial driver's license is not required but is a plus.
