Assistant - Entertainment

• Coordinate external and internal booking logistics for entertainment teams including Sir Purr, TopCats, PurrCussion, and the Black & Blue Crew
  • Respond to appearance inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Schedule performers and support staff for each event
• Communicate event details and logistics with clients
• Draft and manage appearance agreements
• Maintain a master schedule for all entertainment programs
• Track and process payments and budget transfers
• Conduct client follow-ups and send thank-you communications
• Actively pursue new appearance opportunities to expand visibility
• Assist with budget tracking and revenue reporting for all entertainment teams

• Assist with day-to-day logistics for the Carolina Panthers’ Black & Blue Crew, including:

• Assist with game day setup for Black and Blue Crew locker room
• Manage timekeeping and attendance tracking
• Place and track uniform orders
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment
• Assist with food ordering for all games
• Maintain inventory of giveaway items and promotional materials

• Assist with website updates

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Carolina Panthers’ TopCats and PurrCussion, including:
• Supporting auditions
• Ordering and maintaining gear and equipment
• Manage timekeeping and attendance tracking
• Handle PurrCussion email correspondence


• Game Day
  • Assist with game day planning, preparation and execution


Special Events:
• Assist in all entertainment-related special events, including but not limited to college games, Draft events, Training Camp, FanFest, Keep Pounding HS Classic, Tree Lighting, and additional entertainment team events
• Assist Entertainment Manager to develop and execute detailed production schedules
• Assist with staffing needs for each event, ensuring proper coverage and performance quality
• Assist with logistics for setup and breakdown, ensuring efficient execution and timely transitions


Minimum Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent planning and organizational skills including strong use of spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software
• Demonstrates good teamwork
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
• Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with carefully and with sensitivity
• Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully
• Experience with working with large groups
• Works well under pressure and flexible when necessary
• Valid driver’s license


Essential Functions
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Sitting and working at desk on a computer
• Walking throughout the stadium which may include stairs
• Lift at least 50 pounds


Work Environment
• This job operates mostly in an office environment and outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions.
