We are seeking a full-time Licensed Intensive In Home Team Lead to provide community-based/in-home individual and family therapy for children, youth, adolescents and their families. The person in this position will work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs, assisting families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services, recommending the types of treatment modalities needed and providing these services directly or by referral.

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on Bonus.
Compensation: $38 - $42.50
This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Intensive In Home Team Lead to provide the following services:
This position will provide administrative and clinical leadership in addition to working with children, families, and natural supports by providing the following:
- Complete Comprehensive Clinical and Diagnostic assessments to identify appropriate diagnoses and level of care for clients.
- Designate appropriate team staff whose clinical expertise best matches the needs/diagnoses of the client.
- Provide clinical expertise, guidance, and/or oversight to the IIH team in the provision of services and in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
- Provide individual and family therapy to clients and their families/natural supports, employing best evidence-based practices to meet their needs/diagnoses.
- Provide clinical supervision for each member of the IIH team during provision of services (individual supervision plans are required for each IIH team member, except the team lead)
- Be available to respond as needed to clients and team members 24/7/365.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, crisis interventions, behavioral interventions, psycho-educational activities, and other best evidence-based practice therapies.
- Work with clients, families, natural supports and collateral agencies in reviewing, applying, and achieving goals as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
- Provide clinical leadership to child and family teams.
- Provide parent/guardian/natural support training that will aid persons interacting with the client in dealing more effectively with the client.
- Assist in all service delivery as formally planned with the clinical team.
This position will be mostly in the community and in client's homes, and may require some evening work.
Qualifications
- At a minimum, a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and one year of experience in mental health, or an individual with a current license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.
- A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.
