We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Assertive Community Treatment Program Manger to join our team Full-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Assertive Community Treatment Program Manager with Carolina Outreach, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT program as well as providing community-based/in-home individual and family therapy to mental health and substance use clients.

Position Description:
- Train and support all ACT teams in achieving high-fidelity on the TMACT.
- Develop and educate any new Carolina Outreach ACT teams.
- Ensure that employees have the credentials, training, and supervision to provide appropriate services and to grow professionally.
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision and case consultation to staff bi-weekly and/or as needed.
Direct Services
- Work with clients/families/natural supports to assess strengths/needs, assist families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services.
- Recommend the types of treatment modalities needed and provide these services directly or by referral. Develop/evaluate the service plan to ensure that services are being delivered and are appropriate to the needs of the client.

Location: Will oversee all CO ACT Teams
Compensation: $67,100 - $74,251
Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications.
Qualifications:
- At a minimum, the Program Manager must have a master’s level QP status according to 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and one-year experience in direct practice, working with clients with mental health and/or substance use issues. Must hold a current license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession. (i.e LCSW/A, LCMHC/A)
