Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC or Raleigh NC. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the Outpatient Detox Program, ensuring high-quality care for clients undergoing detoxification. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, collaborating with the medical team, ensuring compliance with state and ASAM guidelines, and facilitating a client-focused care environment. The Clinical Director will also develop individualized treatment plans, provide clinical assessments, and support the professional growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in addiction medicine, withdrawal management, and recovery principles.
