Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in North Charleston, SC. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including showing properties, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through offers and negotiations. Responsibilities include conducting market research and comparative market analyses, advising clients on pricing and property values, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities. The agent will prepare and review contracts and related documents, ensure compliance with state and local real estate regulations, and collaborate closely with in-house mortgage, insurance, and other service teams. The role also involves prospecting for new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
