About The Role
In conjunction with the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the primary objective of this position is to maximize practice revenue by managing A/R staff effectively and efficiently while establishing strategies to meet monthly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) goals. This is a high-impact role driving financial performance, operational excellence, and innovation in a complex, procedure-driven environment. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and physicians to shape strategy, optimize outcomes, and support the continued growth of both CNSA and our MSO platform.

As Manager, Accounts Receivable, You Will
- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, from patient access through final payment
- Set and execute strategies to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement
- Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to drive performance and align on financial goals
- Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and develop high-performing, multi-site RCM teams
- Drive adoption and optimization of systems, tools, and automation across the revenue cycle
- Manage payer relationships and support contract performance and reimbursement strategy
- Play a key role in scaling CNSA’s MSO (PracticeCore), including expanding services, onboarding new partners, and enhancing overall value
- Bring forward-thinking ideas around analytics, automation, and evolving healthcare trends to keep the MSO competitive and innovative
- Performs departmental managerial functions including: Annual reviews and staff coaching/development and Allocation of staff resources within department
- Effectively manages on-site and remote staff
- Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork
- Complete other tasks or projects as needed or assigned

Role

- 2-5 years of progressive billing management experience for a medical group, surgical specialty, or health system
- Deep expertise in billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and support growth
- Proven success leading and developing multi-site teams, with a focus on engagement, performance, and retention
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Experience implementing process improvements, systems, or automation within the revenue cycle
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- CPC Certification
