- 16,000 unique patients annually with a strong and growing referral base
- Established opportunity in dialysis access, venous, and peripheral arterial disease

The physician will provide evaluation, maintenance, salvage, and intervention for patients with:
- Arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs)
- Arteriovenous grafts (AVGs)
- Central venous disease
- Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
- Peripheral venous disease
Responsibilities
Dialysis Access Procedures
- AV fistula creation and revision
- AV graft placement and maintenance
- Fistulograms and angiograms
- Balloon angioplasty of dialysis access circuits
- Thrombectomy and declot procedures
- Stent and stent graft placement
- Central venous interventions
- Access salvage and maturation procedures
- Tunneled dialysis catheter placement/exchange/removal
- Peripheral arterial angiography and intervention
- Atherectomy, angioplasty, and stenting
- Critical limb ischemia management
- Venous angioplasty and venography
- Treatment of chronic venous obstruction and insufficiency
- Evaluate and manage ESRD vascular access patients
- Coordinate care with nephrologists and dialysis centers
- Participate in multidisciplinary vascular care planning
- Maintain high-quality outcomes and compliance standards
- Support ASC quality, safety, and operational initiatives
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in:
- Vascular Surgery
- General Surgery with dialysis access expertise
- Interventional Radiology/Nephrology or equivalent procedural experience considered
- Fellowship training preferred
- Experience with endovascular interventions required
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- ASC and outpatient procedural experience preferred
