We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and down-to-earth to join our team as a Guest Experience & Reservations Coordinator. You’ll be the voice our guests hear when they’re planning their trip and the person who helps make sure everything goes smoothly from booking to check-out.
If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a local team that takes pride in what we do, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer calls and emails from guests in a friendly, helpful way
- Help guests book, update, and confirm their cabin reservations
- Take payments and make sure everything is accurate and ready to go
- Help guests plan their trip and recommend local activities, restaurants, and things to do
- Coordinate extras like grocery deliveries, romance packages, and special touches
- Pass along any guest concerns so we can take care of things quickly
- Help with office tasks like putting together cabin books and guest info
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, easygoing, and professional with guests and owners
- Organized and able to keep up with multiple things at once
- Comfortable talking on the phone and helping guests make decisions
- Someone who enjoys helping people and creating a great experience
- Local knowledge of the Bryson City & Smoky Mountains area is a plus
