As a Unit Secretary, you will be the vital link between our residents, their families, and our clinical staff. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursing unit by managing administrative tasks with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Greeting: Act as the "friendly face" of the unit, greeting residents and visitors warmly.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries, and relay messages between staff and families.
- Record Management: Maintain and update patient records and charts with strict attention to confidentiality.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and procedures for residents as directed by the clinical team.
