Carolina Lumper Service is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to help expand our client base across North Carolina and South Carolina.
We provide warehouse staffing and container unloading services, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing new business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with warehouse managers and decision-makers.
- Generate new service contracts.
- Meet with prospective clients and present our services.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
Qualifications:
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in staffing, logistics, warehousing, or transportation is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
100% Commission-Based
