- Order and review title searches with precision

What You Bring to the Table as a Real Estate Paralegal:
- at least 1-3 years of consistent residential real estate law experience
- Qualia experience strongly preferred
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- A talent for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with title work, preparing commitments, and drafting closing documents
