What You’ll Do:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and key legal documents
- Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests
- Stay organized and maintain case files with precision
- Handle state and federal e-filing seamlessly
- Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST have 2-3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Bachelor’s or Associates in Paralegal Studies (or Paralegal Certificate)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
