Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will directly support a Legal Assistant. Therefore, reliability and organization are essential. Your daily focus will be to ensure the legal team stays organized and efficient. Key duties include:

• Administrative Support: assisting with general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Communication: answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate team members.
• Data Management: entering information into the firm’s system accurately.

Qualifications
