What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge for Assisted Living Facility position at Carolina Inn at Village Green?
We are seeking a friendly and experienced concierge to work part time during our shifts: 8:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 8:00pm, and Full time 7:00am 7:00pm with weekends and holidays required. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
- Operate telephone/paging system, determining nature of call and handle appropriately
- Handle dining reservation requests
- Handle resident billing payments
- Paperwork for new admissions and discharges
- Provide clerical support, photocopying and filing duties for all departments
- At all times, abide by HIPAA policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a concierge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility – must be able to work any shift
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Shift:
Part time position, 18-24 hours | 8:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 8:00pm | Weekends and Holidays required
Full time position, 36-48 hours | 7:00am to 7:00pm | Weekends and Holidays required
