The Carolina Inn is hiring a full-time CNA for a consistent weekday day shift (7am–3pm). No rotating weekends. No last-minute schedule changes. Just a stable schedule at a community that has set the standard for assisted living in Fayetteville for 25 years.

- $15.50/hr shift differential
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Benefits eligible after 90 days

What you'll do
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for our residents
- Work alongside a licensed nurse on your floor every shift
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and support individualized care plans
- Help maintain the safe, welcoming environment our residents rely on
What we need from you
- Active NC CNA certification — must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required)
- Availability for full-time weekday day shifts
- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
CPR certification and prior assisted living experience are a plus — not a requirement. New grads are welcome to apply.
