Field Service Technician – Industrial Equipment

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial battery systems and charging equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Install and replace industrial batteries and related components
- Conduct battery watering, cleaning, and inspections
- Respond to customer service calls in a professional and timely manner
- Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work
- Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Industrial maintenance
- Forklift repair
- Automotive or diesel mechanics
- HVAC service
- Field service technician work
- Electrical troubleshooting
