What You’ll Do:
· Receive and verify prescriptions accurately
· Enter prescription information into our computer system
· Process insurance claims and troubleshoot third-party issues
· Prepare medications by mixing, counting, and labeling prescriptions
· Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
· Manage inventory: review orders, restock shelves, handle returns, and prepare for physical inventory
· Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients
What We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required)
· Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (required)
· South Carolina state certification or registration (preferred for bonus eligibility)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
