Job Summary:

• This position involves the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of rain gutter systems for residential and commercial properties in the Charleston, SC, area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with various gutter materials, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and calculate gutter requirements for each project.
• Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and related components.
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install gutters.
• Ensure proper water flow and drainage.
• Inspect and repair existing gutter systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, especially when working at heights.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
• Transportation of materials to job sites.
• Properly using and maintaining company tools and vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gutter installation or related construction fields is preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions. (Charleston's heat and humidity should be considered).
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Knowledge of different gutter materials, such as aluminum, copper, and vinyl.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with seamless gutter machines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Certifications in related construction trades.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Work at heights on ladders and roofs.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, and climbing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
