Position Summary:
The medical assistant supports physicians and clinical staff by providing high-quality patient care and ensuring efficient daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on medical experience who thrives in a fast-paced specialty practice.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting physicians during patient visits and procedures
· Providing direct patient care
· Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
· Performing and assisting with X-rays
· Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
· Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms
· Completing daily clinical orders and documentation
· Maintaining an organized and efficient back-office environment
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in the medical field required
· Back office clinical experience strongly preferred
· CMA certification not required
· Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-focused attitude
· Ability to multitask in a busy specialty office
Schedule:
· Part-time position
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
