Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. Compensation
- $22-25/hour for full-time EMTs
- $1,000 signing bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide basic life support (BLS) to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations
- Safely operate and maintain ambulance and medical equipment
- Monitor patient condition and communicate effectively with medical personnel
- Complete accurate patient care reports and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and equipment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and local/state regulations
Qualifications
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to emergency care.
- Experience in administering injections and medication administration is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Strong critical thinking skills for assessing situations and making quick decisions.
- Previous experience in emergency medical services or related fields is a plus.
