What This Role Really Is
The Client Engagement Specialist is a client-facing, in-person role on our Sales Team.
You will lead and contribute to key client interactions-especially early-stage conversations-where your ability to communicate value, answer questions, and guide decisions directly impacts outcomes.
This is not about reading a script or handing things off. You are part of the experience that moves clients forward.
You'll also play a key role in maintaining a smooth, professional in-office experience and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks in the client journey.
What You'll Do
Lead Client Conversations
- Conduct Kickoff, Discovery, and Annual Assessment meetings
- Communicate the value of our Membership Club offering
- Guide clients through the next steps with clarity and confidence
- Navigate questions and objections in real time
Drive Engagement & Client Experience
- Serve as a primary in-person point of contact for clients
- Ensure a polished, professional, and consistent office experience
- Coordinate smooth transitions between team members
Support Client Operations
- Prepare and send Welcome Packets
- Support key touchpoints before and after meetings
- Ensure communication is timely, accurate, and complete
Support Front Office Operations
- Step in as backup for Reception when needed
- Assist with maintaining organization and flow in the office
- Provide support for 3S and other client service functions
Assist with In-Office Events
- Manage client check-in and check-out during events
- Provide light support for presentations as needed
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Confidence in leading conversations and guiding decisions

- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Reliability, proactivity, and a team-first mindset

Compensation & Details
- Salary: range $45-60K base
- Performance-based incentives tied to engagement and outcomes
- Full-time, in-person role (Cary, NC)
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, but will require some nights and Saturday mornings for events
