What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Accounts Representative Insurance Resolution Aging AR position at Carolina Eye Associates, PA?
File insurance claims and assist insurance companies with insurance inquiries and process accordingly. Analyze and process required documentation to resolve each encounter which may include claim re-submission, letters, and telephone contact. Review all AR over 180 days for resolution.
Require High School Diploma or GED. Prefer applicant to have Associates degree in business related field. 1 to 3 years’ experience performing insurance and posting office duties. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent benefits. EOE.
Salary will be determined based on work experience and education.
