Overview

Carolina Elite Builders is a fast-growing residential construction and development company specializing in custom homes, spec builds, and large-scale residential projects across North Carolina and beyond. We are known for high-quality construction, strong client relationships, and efficient project execution.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as the face of our company—someone who can manage communication, elevate the client experience, and keep projects moving smoothly through strong coordination and professionalism.

This role is the central communication hub of the company. You will interact daily with homeowners, project managers, vendors, inspectors, and municipal staff to ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all projects.

You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation, improving client satisfaction, and helping projects stay organized and on track.

Responsibilities

  • Client & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the building process

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, clients, and internal teams
  • Liaise with city staff, inspectors, and permitting offices as needed
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed on project status

Project Support

  • Track project milestones and follow up on key deadlines
  • Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Help ensure projects move efficiently from permitting to completion
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and updates

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify communication gaps and implement improved systems
  • Help develop and refine client experience processes and standards
  • Assist with CRM / project management systems (Monday.com or similar)
  • Support leadership with reporting and operational insights

Brand Representation

  • Represent Carolina Elite Builders with professionalism at all times
  • Maintain a polished, confident, and solutions-oriented demeanor
  • Occasionally meet clients on-site or attend project walkthroughs
  • Provide regular updates and ensure clients feel informed and confident
  • Handle questions, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Create a high-end, white-glove experience for custom home clients

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
