Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Production Associate for an on-site role at our North Charleston, SC facility. As a Production Associate, you will support production lines, operate machinery, monitor product quality through quality control procedures, and assist in ensuring that all production tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. You will also be required to adapt to evolving tasks within a dynamic environment, contributing to a smooth production workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines
- Knowledge of Machine Operation and ability to ensure safe handling
- Skills in Quality Control and a keen eye for maintaining product standards
- Ability to be Easily Adaptable and perform in a dynamic production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in hemp or related industries is a plus
