We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage patient records using dental software systems
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.
Skills
- Proficiency in Prosthodontics, General Dentistry, and Pediatric Dentistry is preferred.
- Experience with 3D scanners is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving patient care.
