We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and reliable team player who is committed to providing exceptional care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures (e.g., restorative, oral surgery).
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control guidelines.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Welcome and seat patients, making them feel comfortable and informed.
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions and education on proper oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records and chart information.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering dental supplies.
- Perform other related administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a state-approved dental assisting program.
- Current dental X-ray certification.
- CPR certification is required.
- Coronal Polishing Certification
- 1-2 years of dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
