PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Computer Knowledge: Utilize basic computer skills to assist with various tasks.
- Graphic Design: Experience with simple graphic design or printing is a plus but not required.
- Power Tools: Comfortable with power tools and hand tools in a custom fabrication shop environment.
- Valid Driver's License: With a clean driving record.
- 2-5 Years Solid Work History: Solid attendance and work record at a real job.
- Vinyl Graphics:
- Weed, tape, and apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces including flat signs, vehicles, and storefront windows.
- Load appropriate materials onto printers, laminators, and cutters.
- Operate roll-to-roll laminator and wide format printers.
- Painting:
- Paint signs using different methods such as spray paint, roll paint, and hand lettering.
- Sand and prep signs for painting.
- Assembly:
- Assemble signs with multiple parts, including things like vinyl graphics and LED-lit letters.
- Use hand tools to assemble signs made of metal, wood, plastic, etc.
- Cut materials to the appropriate size for signs using saws and other tools.
- Load Materials & Bits into CNC Router for Cutting.
- Installation:
- Assist with some offsite installations, including post and panel signs, vinyl graphics on storefront doors, windows, walls, small to large wall signs, etc.
- Dig post holes, pour concrete, set poles, and install signs
- Vehicle decaling and wraps.
- Assist with bucket-truck installations.
- Maintenance and Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn our job management software to identify and manage projects.
- Be proactive in finding tasks to work on and seek guidance from a Lead or Supervisor when needed.
