Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool plumbing, electrical systems, pumps, heaters, filtration systems, and related components.
- Complete repairs efficiently and thoroughly, meeting established schedules and quality standards.
- Lead and support a team of technicians to meet repair project goals.
- Explain repair needs, timelines, and progress clearly to customers.
- Document completed work with accurate service records and detailed reports.
- Follow applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations and company standards.
- Inspect completed repairs to verify quality workmanship and support customer satisfaction.
- At least 3 years of pool repair or maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pool plumbing, electrical systems, pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
